Services Price List (Effective September 1, 2009)
Basic Mail Services include: *Import list from disk or file (Additional files imported at $25 each) *Process & CASS Certify list (NCOA processing at additional charge) *Print & Apply barcoded cheshire, pressure sensitive labels or inkjet barcoded addresses directly on mailpiece when barcoding is possible. Non-certified pieces will be processed at the applicable level. *Tray, strap & deliver to the Fox Lake Post Office using our permit. (Our Permit or the Mailer’s Permit Indicia must be printed on the mailpiece. If no Indica is printed, $30.00/1000 will be charged to print one.)
For Letter-sized self-mailers and postcards the price is as follows for the above listed services: 1 - 999 pcs.* $100.00/1000 1,000 - 9,999 pcs. $ 90.00/1000 10,000 - 24,999 pcs $ 80.00/1000 25,000 and up require individual quote.
*First Class (no minimum amount of pieces), Presorted First Class (500 piece minimum), Standard Bulk Mail (200 piece minimum). Maximum thickness of the finished piece is not to exceed 0.125 inches to qualify for these rates. Pieces thicker than 1/8 inch require hand labeling and incur an additional charge of $30.00/1000.
Additional Mailing Services: Add $10.00/1000 for mailpieces over 6.25” X 11.0” (flat sized mail). To hand sort customer provided labels in zip code order add $75.00/1000. To hand sort customer provided labels not in zip code order add $150.00/1000. For each white paper tab added to the mailpiece add $20.00/1000. To affix additional non-address labels add $20.00/1000. Printing additional non-address labels add $20.00/1000. Printing non-presorted addresses on letter sized envelopes or postcards - $40.00/1000. Printing non-presorted addresses on flat-sized envelopes - $55.00/1000. Printing information lines on an envelope - $20.00/1000 per line. Delivery to a customer’s Post Office located over 20 miles from Fox Lake add $1.50 per mile over the first 20.
Envelope Insertion and Sealing: For one item inserted into a letter sized envelope & sealed add $50.00/1000. Add $10.00/1000 for each additional item inserted. For 6x9 and larger envelopes add an additional $15.00/1000 to above.
Custom data services for mailings (adding fields, removing duplicates, merging files, entering additional data, converting formats or extracting data from files) are billed by the hour @ $25.00 per hour.
Custom mail-merged and/or laser imaged letters (per side/20 lb. copy paper stock): Data work necessary to set-up the output if usable template is not provided will be billed by the hour @ $25.00 per hour. 1 - 999 pieces $100.00/1000 1,000 - 9,999 pieces $90.00/1000
Poly Bagging Mail: (the following are approximate pricing guidelines, each project will be quoted separately) Single Item bagged and sealed $0.25 each Additional items in bag $0.02 - 0.05 each depending on size
Posters and Photo Reproductions are quoted per project. We can print on paper, coated paper, matte, semi-gloss or gloss photo paper, tyvek, scrim and other materials. Indoor Banners are available.
Printing and Design Services are quoted per project. Bumper Stickers and brochures are a specialty.
Info Booklets and Journals: Design @ $30.00 per hour. Laser printing interior pages on 28 lb stock $0.04 each, duplexing $0.05 each side. Spiral binding $1.80 for up to 30 pages. Color spirals available. Color laser covers on 80 lb. Stock and 110 lb stock backing $1.50. Orders for over 100 booklets will be done by individual quote.

No minimums apply. All jobs are billed on the actual amounts mailed. Postage is due prior to the delivery of the mail to the Post Office. All quotes are valid for 60 days from submission date. Payment for mailing services are due upon delivery to Post Office for new customers. Credit terms available. We accept Visa and Mastercard in payment with a 4% fee.
